Due to the unforeseen circumstances of the pandemic, I was forced to train outdoors and in the confinement of my room.
Nothing was going to stand in the way of the plans that were ahead
starting with a 2 mile jog.
10 x 6 lateral pull ups.
25 x 3 declined press ups.
20 x 3 tricep dips
20 x 3 pectoral dip.
10 x 3 hanging wide rows.
A variation of press up and pull up to burnout.
40 x 3 leg raises and crunches.
2 mile jog.
5-9 miles fasted cardio
20 minute skipping.
20 minutes shadow boxing.
10 minutes shadow boxing with resistance band.
20 x 3 shrugs with a 10s hold
20 x 3 shoulder press
20 x 3 reverse claps
20 x 3 pull downs
20 x3 bent forward rows
20 x3 lateral raises
